Our room itself was perfectly clean and cozy with a view of the port. The hotel was in a very central location on the harbor.

Modern and fairly clean hotel, perfect and magnificent location right in the center of town. Good choice of great options for meal. Cozy and comfy room with a view of the port, knowledgeable staff. Location so close to restaurants. Besides, very convenient to Palacio de Revillagigedo.

The room was a nice size with a kitchen area and a storage included.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The rooms are spotless and have fantastic view over to the marina. The hotel offers unbeatable and exceptionally nice location really close to close to the old town, and the aquarium.

Charles
Clean place with nice view over to the marina.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town, Playa San Lorenzo beach in five minutes and in front of a picturesque marina. Rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and comb. Staff is friendly and helpful, while parking is available nearby.
Some guests reported noise disturbances from the alleyways and street outside, particularly during weekends, which might affect sleep quality for some.

The hotel had no carpark but gave a voucher for the public car park round the corner by the marina which made it good value. Location excellent.
Breakfast was very simple, the bathroom and bath were a touch on the small side.

The room was so chill and had a sick view of the marina. We were able to hit up the golf course and show off our mad skills. Plus, the hotel had so many cool activities like windsurfing and diving that kept us hyped all day long. It was a total blast!
The only thing that was a bummer was that there wasn't a sick party scene at the hotel. It would've been epic if they had a club or something where we could turn up and have a blast with other young party-goers.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the old city-center and a short walk to Playa San Lorenzo beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The facilities were a great blend of traditional decor and modern amenities. Our room had a private deck with a lovely view, and we enjoyed the 24/7 availability of refreshments in the reception kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and there was even an in-house laundry service available. Maria, our hostess, was excellent.
Cannot find any fault. 😊

Every effort was made to make our visit pleasant.
The main complaint was noise. As well as revellers noiselly returning home at 4-5pm. There were childrens amusements outside the hotel ,as it was fiesta, playing loud music till 11pm. We had to keep our windows closed and as there was no air-conditioning system the room was unbearably stuffy.Hence interupted sleep. The breakfast menu could have offered more than toast or croissant.
